Obsession Review
So this book is by Amanda Robson- while i did enjoy the book overall, i found i did not enjoy the ending since it confused me more than anything. Throughout the book you begin thinking that Carly (one of the main characters) is the crazy obsessed one, then the book switches and you see that Jenni (also another character) is the one who is crazy, and will not allow her husband or any woman to have him or allow him to get away with cheating. We go through the book with both Jenni, Carly, and Rob, we learn about each character and the problems they are facing, how each is holding onto a secret that will destroy them and their families. You can conclude from the book that each one has their own motive to not only kill, but obsesses over each others lives and husbands. You never get a clear picture though of who is the murderer, and what is actually happening between the couples. Also for American readers, this book is based in England i believe, so the language and references are difficult to understand at points. Many times i had no idea what they were saying, but tried my best to follow along. Wish it was more clear, because i did find it interesting and kept finding myself creating different theories on how the book was going to progress.
