Never a Choice Review

Erotica, romance, suspense, twists and turns and evil sisters! This book truly had it all! While the description alone i figured this was going to be a quick, hot read that would leave you wanting so much more! But was i wrong!! While this book does give you the hotness level, and most likely hits on every girls fantasy of an lecture professor (who's not technically staff- only a guest at the school) and he's smart, and drop dead gorgeous and he wants you! In every way, every second of the day?! Picture your college professor that was too hot, and you just couldn't pay attention in class- yeah this books gives you that! So now going past all that hotness- LOL. We actually have a story past all the sex, we learn about Bets (Bethany) and the hardships life has thrown at her. It's only her mother, her sister Kit, and herself. Her mother becomes very ill, and they have to sell their house to pay for the mothers nursing home care, except once the house sells, Kit takes off with all the money from the house, leaving Bets broke and alone. So now Bets has to find not only somewhere to live, but a way to pay for her mother's care. She luckily finds an amazing friend in Sofia, who takes her in and ends up becoming part of her family. The story gets really crazy once sadly her mom passes away, and her current lover Daniel, is there helping her through the tough time of the funeral. While her sister Kit decides to show back up into her life, and begin hell. Kit wants Daniel- Daniel is in love with Bets- and Bets just want's the best for Daniel and her friend Sofia. Kit has claimed she wants Daniel and will do anything to have him- including hurting Sofia and anyone close to her. The story gets crazy now- not going to give away any spoilers, you will have to read to find out- But let me tell you its worth the read! I can't wait for the second book to come out because i will defiently be reading it!!

Doll House review

SCARY AS HELL ! This book, the tittle alone sounds creepy, reading it got even worse! Totally worth it though LOL ! This book is about two serial killers who not only kidnap, tourture, and rape this young woman, as well as others, but they are also cannibals... throughout the book you learn about the main character Olivia, and her father who is dealing with his daughter being abducted... we learn about the gorilla and jackel, who were here kidnappers, but always wore masks as to hid their identity. The story continues to amaze you when Olivia manages to escape and save others, she now has the process of piecing her broken life back together. In the end the person who we know only as Jackel, you won't believe who he actually is! A must read for any fan of horror!

A Margin of Lust review

Just finished this book- took me about 2-3 days since i found it to be a slow read, i found myself bored at points. While the overall story plot was enjoyable, and interesting, seems like something was missing from the plot.
A murderer is on the loose-killing real estate agents, who show him empty million dollar homes. The main character Gwen is working for one agency, her and her friend happened to be checking out a million dollar home that Gwen just snagged the listing for. While looking throughout the house they stumble upon horror; a murder victim in the master suite-naked. After this Gwen's husband is begging her to take time off, but she is refusing- money is needed, and she loves her job. The murderer keeps insisting that this house belongs to him, and his "sister" is the one who has to pay, this other woman are just baggage that he is taking care of- a public duty. Throughout the book we learn about more woman found dead, and how Gwen and her husband have been pulling apart, a marriage that is about to end. Toward the end of the book we learn the identity of the murderer, and i was surprised by who it is, but just seemed to lack that punch power- the ending seemed rushed at this point- the murderer has Gwen held up in the basement, her husband now aware of his missing wife goes on the hunt and manages to run right into the murderer- then follows him, but somehow loses him. While he suddenly gets a call from a cop friend, they found Gwen's e-card (something real estate agents use to have access to the show homes). Gwen husband now rushes over to that house- sneaks in through an open window and surprise surprise hears Gwen and the murders voice. After a quick struggle he is arrested and they begin to fix their lives.

I felt that during the book their should have been more something- I'm not sure. Just felt that this book lacked that power punch that so many other thriller's give us.
Read for yourself and let me know your thoughts!
** This is book one in the series**

A Beast's Belle Review

Not your typical beauty and beast story! This version takes on the more erotic version, which was great! Belle also known as Isabele in this book worked in her fathers shop, they made various contraptions for many different patrons and for many different reasons. When beast came to the shop for a very particular piece, belle couldn't help herself but wonder what he will be using it for, and began imagining all the different ways to enjoy it. When beast made an offer to her father about belle coming to his mansion to live and work, she made the decision herself, and found it to be her perfect place to fit in. I enjoyed the whole story and the different view on this classic fairy tale. While the ending i was a little disappointed with, i was expecting to read more into Beast and Belle's erotica romance that was just about to begin when the book sadly finished. I do hope another one comes out, and will be buying it, should a second book come out! If you are one who enjoys erotica romance, and a new twist on a classic fairy tale then this is the book for you to read!

The last Girl review

Great book overall! Started off a bit slow with an out of work journalist, the story began picking up once Dex met Nick, and was given a lot of money to search for his missing daughter. He finds her in Mexico working with a team looking for an extinct animal. When Dex goes to nicks house, he finds out he has been killed, now things get crazy ! The police are looking at Dex the only suspect, and Dex Just can't let this go, why was maya hiding, and who killed nick? You learn all the reasons why, and the ending just puts a smile on your face. Murder is sometimes the only way to save your family...and yourself.
